Beluga at Marineland

Tell Doug Ford to protect Marineland's animals!

Take action now

Marineland’s belugas and hundreds of other wild animals are at risk because the company hasn’t planned for long-term care.

Ontario has the weakest oversight of any province, leaving thousands of animals vulnerable. Ontario’s outdated laws allowed Marineland to amass these animals with little to no consideration for their health and wellbeing. As it stands today, anyone can operate a roadside zoo in Ontario without expertise, a licence or a purpose.

The provincial government has the authority under the PAWS Act to step in, ensure expert-assessed, humane care and hold Marineland accountable. Premier Ford can take immediate action to protect these animals, prevent further suffering and set a standard for Ontario. Your voice matters. Public support pressures the government to prioritize animal welfare and stronger regulations.

We’ve sent a formal letter to Premier Doug Ford urging immediate action. You can add your voice and help protect these animals today.

Our vision is a world where animals live free from suffering. Together we can move the world to protect animals.
