Street fundraisers

Have you seen World Animal Protection representatives on your street or in your neighbourhood?

World Animal Protection Canada has launched a fundraising campaign with GiveBridge and Globalfaces Direct to support our monthly giving program.

GiveBridge and Globalfaces Direct canvassers reach out to Canadians in Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver and Montreal, on the street, at events, in malls and at the door to ask them to support World Animal Protection with a monthly donation. Canvassers wear World Animal Protection shirts, including branded lanyards, and are equipped with iPads allowing them to process credit card donations and capture bank account information, making it easy for you to sign up and join a community of caring Canadians dedicated to protecting animals. Monthly gifts will only be accepted by pre-authorized chequing or credit card. For security reasons cash donations are not accepted.

The support of our incredible monthly donors makes World Animal Protection's work to promote animal welfare around the world possible. Monthly giving is a simple, effective and an efficient way to support and protect animals. World Animal Protection is a registered charity (#12971 9076 RR0001) and tax receipts are issued for all donations of $20 or more.

GiveBridge and Globalfaces Direct are Face-to-Face Fundraising agencies dedicated to building a sustainable charitable sector. They adhere to all industry codes of practice.

Look out for our GiveBridge and Globalfaces Direct team members. They can be easily recognized by a branded World Animal Protection t-shirt or vest, binder and photo ID badge.

If you haven’t had the opportunity to meet one of our canvassers, you can still donate online today!
