World Animal Protection Canada is seeking candidates to join its Board of Directors.
Financial Accountant
The Financial Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and compliant management of financial processes. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities, including managing day-to-day accounting tasks such as banking, invoicing, supplier payments, payroll and month-end closings. The incumbent will support the finance manager in preparing accurate financial statements and assist in developing budgets, forecasts and analyses to support the organization's mission. A key part of the role is ensuring the accuracy of financial records and collaborating closely with the fundraising department to reconcile donations and other revenue sources.
